Our mission is to solve this problem.. Reduce the turn around of projects by 10% in the company. We each represent one section of the company. Im executive branch. Mario you the research and development branch . cristal you are manufacturing and distribution. Scenario. We are currently running a 30 minute turn around on projects. From approval by executive to distribution. The research team can deliver a product effectively but lack of communication with the executive makes the process takes longer. Manufacture takes 20 minutes to deliver their part but the process on waiting for approval has them now backed up and delivering in 28 minutes instead. This increased the turn around to 40 minutes. We need to cut it by 10 minutes, your job as a team is to find out a more effective way to communicate between the branches of the company and cut the approval process in half to facilitate a faster production.
