Each student or group (no more than two students) will design, create, and write a marketing plan for a specified sport enterprise. You may use a sport organization in which you are currently, formerly worked, volunteered, or interned. You may create your own organization or select an existing sport organization. This assignment aligns with all course objectives.
Each marketing plan must include the components outlined in the grading scale and requirements below. You should use your mini analysis assignments, chapter notes, sport marketing literature, and your research to develop your sport marketing plan. Your sport marketing plan must be supported by the academic literature in sport marketing.
Each chapter of your textbook includes a section on applying the concepts identified in that chapter to a marketing plan. This section is located with the summary of each chapter. You should use that section as a guide as you complete each of the required components listed below as part of your marketing plan. You may, however, also choose to include additional components.

Your marketing plan should not exceed 10 typed pages using Arial or Times New Roman 11 or 12 point font. Typical plans will be between 8 and 10 pages. Appendices, charts, tables, and references do not count towards your 10 page limit. It should be singled spaced with double spacing between paragraphs. You should not indent paragraphs. You should use headings and subheadings where appropriate.
You must use at least 10 refereed sources in completing your marketing plan and cite where appropriate. Your references must be in APA format, 6th ed. (4 points)
