Internal communication is a common occurrence that takes place within organizations. However, many employees are not aware of how best to communicate their desire to get promoted. Hence, learning and understanding how to propose would be necessary for career growth and advancement.

It helps employees communicate about their internal promotion eligibility with ease and allows the management to make the right internal promotion decisions.

With effective internal communication, employees can apply for available promotion opportunities leading to career growth and advancement.

My audience is

Employees working in senior managerial positions since they get involved in internal promotion decisions and employees since they are the only ones getting promoted.
