Summary of KIA
KIA is the second biggest manufacturing business on the global market with something like a broad variety of manufacturing product offerings. The South Korean car industry tends to produce car brands including compact cars, sedans, electric and hybrid cars, minivans, crossovers and many more. Due to its transnational corporations marketing plan, the corporation has a well-designed business development marketing plan (Tan, et al. 2019).
Product
There is need to redefine the product associated to tracing the cars within the corporation offerings
Why it’s a good time
There is need for the corporation to make an exploration into the endeavor in the sense that there have been more advances in line to technology. The reason for this is because of the internet getting to being more corrupt and fuller of hacker (Rinayati, et al. 2021). It is needing that the cars be better protected and the fact that they are advancing into more technology operated machines will need to have better way to protect as well as keeping the cars away from hackers who might corrupt the computer services running such.
Short term goals
Within the idea the objective there is need to make an impact into the market over a short period and try to become the leading in car sale over the global platforms
Long term goals
There is need to become among the best car selling manufacturers in place. This will be by the provision of best quality cars.
Mission, vision and core values
The strategic philosophy of the organization reads, “together toward a better future.” The corporation is thus striving to utilize the value generation and opportunities by enhancement of its stakeholders. They believe in people’s philosophies and value the guiding factors for consumer’s behavior for their marketing strategy (Cockrell,2018). The product will add into the corporation by attaining more sales and better sales too.
Benefits of such
There will be better sales into the car corporation as well as better technology will be seen in production from the product.
