There are those who assert that the college does not prepare the students for life after college in the right way. On the other hand, there are those who vouch for the efforts that the university has taken supporting that it does prepare the students well for life after college. This paper evaluates the current state of colleges and links the analysis to how Keiser University prepares their students into career transition by identifying the structures in place, evaluating their implementation protocols, identifying the existing gaps and opportunities and informing how they build on the existing opportunities and tackle the existing gaps to optimize their students’ career preparation.
