1. What are some reasons females outlive men in the United States and most countries of the world? There is not a definite answer to why women outlive men, however, it has been said that women are more precautions and less risky than men. Another possible reason could be the difference in hormones. According to PRB, "Biological differences also help to explain women’s higher longevity. Scientists believe that estrogen in women combats conditions such as heart disease by helping reduce circulatory levels of harmful cholesterol.". It is also shown that men become more aggressive as well which could lead to early death.

3. What are some reasons that men outlive women in countries other than the United States?

Men are less likely to get checked and are also less likely to assure they don't have any diseases or medical health conditions.

3. What are some of the factors that contribute to these gender differences? Men can be reckless and careless and although there is no definite answer, I feel as if that may be some of the main reasons why.

According to Esteban, "We do not have a definitive answer, but we do have some clues. For example, we know that changes in  smoking habits among men  have affected mortality patterns.". More men are willing to smoke than women. Women tend to care more about their health and appearance.
