You are an employee of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) specializing in financial fraud and have expertise in money laundering and other transactional crimes. The Hawaiian Police Officer Association (HPOA) would like you to speak at their spring conference. The spring conference happens to be the same week of a presentation that you are set to provide to members of Hawaii State law enforcement personnel, and you are tentatively scheduled to speak at an early evening presentation of the HOPA.

In order to recognize your contribution as a speaker, the HPOA conference organizers have offered to allow you, following your presentation, free entry to the evenings dance performance. The dancers are members of the Hawaiian Traditional Dance Troupe. Further, HPOA conference organizers have offered you a small honorarium for your presentation of $150.
