The film Che (2008) is a film that shows some sort of revolution such that it expresses the life of a Cuban revolutionary Che Guevara, however, it had been destined to be controversial. However, every time a revolutionist film is made, it must be assured that their complex life is depicted in the film. The film remains a highly divisive one since some of the fans feel that it was too romanticized. Instead, it could have dived into the persona’s solid elements of life. His life is very interesting that the film could not capture all the events within the four-hour time. I noticed that

Che has an anti-American bias, however, one can only notice this from the perspective in which the story is being told which makes it more interesting still at some points as it is dramatic also. I feel bias is seen also when the main character is not fully portrayed in many of the disappointing events. Humanity is not fully attained in the film such as in the case where he goes to his home in Cuba in disguise and he has a very brief time with his wife (Harris,2011). Generally, the film is a revolutionist one but is biased when it gives space for other characters and focuses minimally on the main character. Che is also not received well in Cuba he receives an attack from the Bolivian Communists while Americans are seen to offer more support to the type of dictatorship 9Zhang et al,2022). The portrayal from the Che, 2008 might have been fair on the other side since it focuses on other characters to show the other side who are not revolutionizing and, in some way, give other expressions that are not common to us.
