Journal Reflection on progress and Week 2 Individual Consultation

After working with the topic, I have taken some research materials for my work. I will elaborate the idea which I will use for the research.

This study starts with a review of past studies on the relationship between productivity and IT. After that, we will have a conversation about issue areas, the reason for the research, and the major goals and significance of the study. To further clarify the parameters of the study, the main topics being explored will be explained. Finally, we have completed our summary and contribution to the whole thesis.

When businesses are competing in a highly tight market, increasing productivity is a must. Improving performance is the reason all productivity efforts exist. As well as being our most effective means of fighting inflation, reducing unemployment, raising profits, reducing costs, generating capital, and increasing quality of life, productivity is the greatest way to increase our economic output. When he said that businesses "without direction" without productivity goals, he clearly highlighted the significance of productivity as an economic indicator.

Because they examine variables that influence productivity, such as IT, innovation, and so on, measurement of productivity growth encourages businesses to review productivity.

The business current is marked by strong worldwide product innovation, increasing use of automation and major organisational changes in response to new industrial technology and information technology.

The IT sector, one of the significant resources for development and client pleasure, may help with economic expansion. Organizations can be changed by it, and the efficiency of these organisations may be improved tremendously.
