Hispanic girl 16 y/o, history of syncope started 2 years ago, 2 episodes then s/s disappear. Now pt. developed a syncope episode in school, she fainted and hit the head with a resultant contusion.

Pt came to the office to be evaluated.

Negative history of cardiovascular problems in the family.

Good growth and development for age.

No history of anxiety/ depression or any mental health disease.

PE negative cardiovascular and neurologic.

Presumptive diagnosis: POTS Postural orthostatic Tachycardia syndrome

Cardiological evaluation

Neurological evaluation.
