One of the issues that relate to my career or degree is the idea of polygamous families and aspects related to child protective services which have been essential with the current generation. The ideal polygamous families which have been considered in my career is how the court rejects custody ruling in any polygamous case. Most of its outcome abide with the church level view. One effective view of this issue is that the court believed in underage children who are being subject to sexual abuse and the outcome of this shows many being pregnant at early stages of life. Various reviews have accorded that more than 400 children are being subject to early pregnancy due to the idea of polygamous ranch. The child protective service has made some determined outcomes that these children have lived together and this has led to widespread abuse in my families. The issue related to my career in such a manner that the state of the outcome as per the issue has no right to seize its review. However, the Supreme Court has abide various argument where each child has to have a proven subject which is against child abuse. Therefore this makes most of the issues have some relation with my degree. Am currently learning about child protective service work which is seen in many CPS cases and this is an idea that keeps children safe based on the subject of utmost importance (Riley, 2020).

The other issue which relates to my future career is the idea of deciding on whether or not to remove a child from its initial parents care. It is an issue that has been under consideration for a long period especially in the impact of child protective service agencies and the need to reform based on environment set up. According to the 2016 reform, it is clear that a total of every 10 children in a country were reported and suspected to be victims of child abuse or were neglected. Based on investigation there are less than a tenth of those report which are substantially approved. On the other hand, children are being taken from their credential homes with little or no evidence of some of such abuses. Most of these verdicts are based on the competency of the child protective service. An example is expressed where a couple has brought a child to the doctor without noticing the ideal notion behind the child's sickness. The child protective service has been used to create an offensive fact on some child abuse and offenders (Riley, 2020). The issue of child abuse has been on reoccurrence with the current generation and it is the work of the child protective service to put change on some of the facts that are not considered as effective. Therefore, it is essential to determine the general stay of the child either at school or home as this entirely abide with my career in the future.

Following the two issues, the side that I might create more regime is on the issue of deciding on whether or not to take children to their home through the child protective service act and workers. In this case, I would argue out that there is a need for adequate knowledge and training that will guide the child and minimize most of the harm. It is often vital to try keeping children home with parents as this will aid them to rip the character of the parent and have a positive outcome behavior. My potential audience based on this would be the CPS workers, judges, and parents who build up the child as well as the family. Overall it is good to have a positive reflection and say on how parents have to recognize the custody of children as well as exterminate most crimes.
