Using intuition in decision making provides the opportunity of creating and innovative thinking and open to new ideas. Using intuition helps in identifying the things which are going wrong with the other employees and develop relationships with co-workers. Using intuition allows in identifying the risks. Intuitive decision making depends on emotions and feelings instead of facts. Using intuition in decision making has both positive and negative impacts. Using intuition in decision making can help in both personal and professional life (Wang & et al., 2019).

The disadvantages of using intuition in decision making are sometimes our emotions suppress experiences and result in poor decisions. Intuition is not a step by step thinking so most of the people cannot explain the thinking behind their intuition decision and face a problem while working as a team. So most of the decisions which are belonging to intuition decisions will not be working out at the level of an organization. If there is a main focus on the intuition then there will be some of the new ideas and these will be exhibited more effectively. In complex situations, this intuition can help in making decisions quickly (Wodak, 2019).

With the changing environments, intuition is playing a major role in decision-making and this intuition is very powerful at the organizations. The process of making decisions will be considered as one of the components which are nothing but puzzle pieces and there will be some puzzles which have been missed. The decisions which are easy will be made and this type of intuition will be having more importance for the purpose of maintaining relationships which are personal (Yilmaz & et al., 2018).

In any decision-making process, the role of intuitions is important. Decision making is the biggest challenge faced by many organizations and their leaders (Marcus, 2015). Leaders need to make decisions wisely and fast considering all internal and external factors. Mainly, there are two major problems, leaders faced while making decisions, first, level of complexity and fast-changing industry. Intuition in decision making defines has a sixth sense of making decisions, which include the experience of analytics, facts, feelings, and processes to make decisions (Scott, 2015). By analyzing and calculating the source of data. The future of any organization should be predicted but it is not a hundred percentage matches with the predictions. Therefore, intuition decision-making process help the leader to consider all the aspect of the business and study the market fluctuation to measure the future.

If leaders do not have enough data or data is unappropriated, the leaders can not able to make a correct and effective decision. It prevents that the data is not enough for making an appropriate decision, therefore, leaders can use different initiation and other deliberative decision-making styles. If a leader chooses to get an intuition decision-making style, decision failure will create fewer problems. It provides quick solutions for problems. If the decision includes the emotions, intuition is helpful because it will never generate the expected decisions. The decision will be more accurate and without any personal motive, it will serve the organizational goals and missions with higher profitability ration and higher satisfactory ration on both the side. However, intuition decision making has drawbacks too. If the manager does not consider alternatives and other prospective, the decision may lead to the failure of the organizations. Mainly, this process will also depend on ethical, accurate, and relevant information, without this accurate data, the decision-making process will not be trustworthy.

In conclusion, intuition decision-making model means the decision-making process in which intuition manager take decision with experience, knowledge, and without influence. It will allow organizations to know the outcomes of their decision whether it is for the future or present.
