Team (person A, Person B and Person C) had prepared case study on conflicts within teams in organization. Need to prepare progress journal while preparing that case study. It required 12 pages.

You must write this journal like you are person A. Please include below questions’ answer in that.

· How process to build case study was discussed by team to prepare this case study. How were learning concepts applied in the case study?

· Need to evaluate Person B and Person C like how was their contribution and support team during building this case study.

· develop a SWOT analysis of the group process while building this case study, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

· include an evaluation of the team and its overall success or failure. You (Person A) should include what you would do the same or what you would do differently.
