Project description
Circus Cafe will be a coffee house/restaurant at Hart Center, 37th major street, and Holgate's southeastern corner. The coffee house gives its consumers a range of choices. All kinds of coffee and tea are open. Coffee options vary from espresso to latte and mango to strawberry mocha. The teas range from English to herbal.
Juice, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will also be on offer. Wine and alcohol are on offer for those who prefer to try something special. A bottle or a carafe will order wine. They will distribute the brew in micro-brewed cans.
Since they divide Circus Coffee into various sections. The advantage of original sections is that customers can take part disturbing no one in different activities (i.e. policy discussions won't interfere with music or music won't interfere with those play board games or readings). The focus ought to be on supplying the consumer with a friendly atmosphere where they continue to live and come back several times (Cheng, Al Saglab, & Cavanaugh, 2016).
Key Customers
The consumers are people between the ages of 17 and 60. The salary ranges from $20,000 to $100,000 yearly. Customers will be from the nearby regions about three kilometers from Circus Coffee. They are white-collar workers with expensive income (managers, professionals, etc.). The level of education can vary from certain colleges to postgraduate courses. They limit most areas funded about 10 percent. This 10% are typically customers who come to watch a single entertainer or poetry. Much of the consumers provides a calming, conversational, and table gaming environment.
Urban population
Another target demographic of Circus Coffee is the modern urban population. Perhaps they are at the outset. Most people around Circus Coffee are located on the fringe of metropolitan areas, or more from the capital.
High income spenders
We also describe the target customers for Circus Coffee as affluent or high sales. Many shops that will surround Circus Coffee are owned by middle-income neighborhoods where residents lack these high incomes.
Since these citizens get disposable income and can spend it on luxury coffee drinks. We will not splurge on other items as much as higher income consumers but will enjoy treating themselves to their favorite coffee and occasionally a sandwich, snack or chocolate breakfast to go along.

Timeline
I schedule our timeline for opening the Circus coffee restaurant for July 2021. To get financing for the operations, it must prioritize a strict timeline (Penrod, 2003) to ensure we are ready to open at the beginning of July 2021. To guarantee success and that all financing, licensing operation, and construction, it is to have a monthly timeline for the entire year of operation to meet the objectives (Chikati, 2010).

Conclusion
The time to launch a coffee house in Santa Fe town is perfect. Coffee-houses are effective. There are no other locations on the south-east side of Santa Fe. The Coffee Club in Santa Fe Park and Key is the nearest rivalry. A client from our region has to travel 20-30 minutes to find a coffeehouse. Much of the buildings is on the west side of the area. Those in the downtown area are launching. The project would have a sizeable community of individuals, including restaurants and companies of comprehensive experience.
