Part 3
This section mainly focuses on self-reflection. The adjectives mean a lot to me. The distribution of the words speaks a lot. It simply means that many people have got different perspectives about an individual (Dash, 2020). This entirely depends on the mode of interaction. They also tell me that the majority of people do view me in a positive way. Only a few see my flaws. But this is expected since no one is perfect.
The distribution of the words is a clear indication that my level of self-awareness is very law. However, this is expected since no one can be able to explain his or her attributes. It is through those who are near us that we are able to know more about you. For instance, I would say that the traits that I was aware of are Quick-tempered, visionary, generous, responsible, and polite. It is through the close associates that I came to learn about the other traits.
The good thing is that the traits signify a high level of self-esteem. I am in love with myself, and I do replicate the same to others without any form of fear. I have been able to strike a balance between the two. That is high and low self-esteem. I do believe that I can be able to lead others, care about others, and practice honesty. I also believe that I have a lot of knowledge that can be shared with others. It is through my self-esteem that I have been able to build a positive culture.
There were several traits that were repeated throughout the analysis. For instance, friends 1 and 2, together with church mate 2, complimented me by saying that I am courageous. My neighbor, pastor, and church mate 2, argued that I was an honest person. friend 1 and family member 2 argued that I was adventurous. The first friend and my neighbor also argued that I was an easy gore. My neighbor and the first member of the family argued that many times I was moody. All of these were positive aspects. There were still some negative aspects. Family 1 and 3 argued that I am always pessimistic.
In some cases, the family description was the same. For instance, family members one and 3 described me as pessimistic. Since not all members of the family described me using the same word, I would say that every member of the family knew me in a different way.
