Extroversion Event planning and personal training are the most appropriate jobs for individuals who like being around people. The two jobs require the ability to thrive in social situations. For instance, an event planner interacts with many people in the process of managing multiple processes that complete an event and good communication skills. To be a personal trainer, one requires a high zeal of life and should enjoy working with a client, and a deep connection should be established. The trait of extroversion is advantageous in these two (Klehe et al., 2018).
Agreeableness Elementary school teacher and human resource specialists are the most complimenting jobs to a person with the trait of agreeableness. Te two jobs call for friendly and generous individuals and who look forward to helping others with their needs. These individuals are responsible for others, and this makes the trait important.
Emotional stability The most appropriate jobs that match this trait are those of a social worker and nurses. These jobs require resilience and calmness while handling difficult situations. Social workers are mostly faced with situations whereby a decision based on emotions can be wrong, and therefore emotional stability is essential. The same applies to nurses, mostly those in psychiatric hospitals and on the verge of breaking down due to the difficult environment they work in, but they thrive with this trait.
Openness Tour guides and commercial pilots are perfect for individuals with the urge to learn more and share it with others. A tour guide explains different aspects of a tour to the tourists and mostly has excellent communication skills and knowledge of things. It is the same as commercial pilots who might be on a sightseeing trip and have to point out some features from an aerial view and communicate weather patterns for a safe flight.
ConscientiousnessThis trait entails keenness or attention to detail. The most appropriate jobs related to it are real estate and accountancy. Accountants need to be keen on their jobs due to the sensitivity of handling money. They need to be careful when compiling incomes and expenses to avoid costly mistakes. Real estate agents also need to be keen on details of a property before putting it out on the market to establish its true worth (Furnham, 2012).
Although these traits match the stated jobs, specific academic qualifications, and personal experiences should be attained.
