Title: Sales Representative

Department: Sales Division – BINZ, Inc.

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Job Objective: Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the sales of BINZ, Inc. plastic containers of every type and production line for wholesale and retail clientele.

· Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all product lines

· Gives effective presentation of BINZ, Inc. products

· Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Sales Associate on meeting or exceeding sales quota.

· Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.

· Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.

· Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.

· Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various products BINZ, Inc. offers to their clientele.

· Develops a database of qualified leads through trade shows, industry professional meetings, referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.

· Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.

· Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects’ needs and BINZ, Inc. products that can address those needs.

· Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.

· Demonstrates the ability to gather and submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of BINZ, Inc. products to potential clientele.

· Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of spreadsheet and scheduling software (Microsoft Excel & Outlook) to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.

· Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

· Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clientele, prospects and company employees.

· Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction.

· Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

Job Specifications:

· 1-2 years of sales experience related to plastics manufacturing or similar industry.

· Experience with large, complex wholesale and retail organizations.

· Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.

· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

· Willingness to travel and work in a national team of professionals.

· Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.

Title: Customer Service Representative

Department: Customer Service Division – BINZ, Inc.

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Job Objective: Answer phones, emails and other correspondence to respond to orders, general customer inquiries, invoice and billing questions, and customer complaints. Projects a professional image of the company through all interactions. Provides highest level customer service to retain and increase business with existing clientele and prospective new clientele.

Responsibilities:

· Answer phones and respond to customer requests

· Answer email and other correspondence and respond to customer requests

· Sell product and place customer orders in computer system when necessary

· Provide customers with product and service information

· Up-sell products and services where applicable

· Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff or department

· Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system and other available resources

· Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved

· Complete call logs and reports

· Research billing issues in cooperation with Accounting department

· Research misapplied payments in cooperation with Accounting department

· Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls

· Recommend process improvements

· Other duties as assigned

· Provide support for newer employees as needed

· Generate customer thank you letters

Job Specifications:

· Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.

· Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to type 30 wpm.

· 1-2 years of customer service or office experience related to plastics manufacturing or similar industry.

· Experience with large, complex wholesale and retail organizations.

· Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.

· Strong understanding of customer service expectations and service levels as set forth by the organization

· Willing to work with professionals throughout the organization to resolve issues.
