As a customer, I have experienced their service and I think their business philosophy and service philosophy are worth learning, I think if I could work in Macy's, that will help me learn much more in sales. So in the future, I can have more experience and skills for preparing to apply better companies. I think I am qualified for as a retail receiving support associate because my academic course is about customer service and sales management, that knowledge will help me learn faster on this job and do a better job than other employers who have not to take those courses and have no enough work experience. I also know that the local Asian families like going to macy’s shopping because their products are cheaper and with great quality. I think I have an advantage when I am dealing with and serving with those individual customers. 2. How long has the ad been posted? If it has been posted for a long period of time, are you sure that the position is still available? How? This ad has been posted online since September 7, 2020, and now they are still hiring. 3. Where is the company located? Are you willing to move if it is out of state or in a foreign country? The company is located at Boling Brook which is not that far from West lafayette and I luckily have a friend there. I would like to move there for the job because I like to stay in a different place and experience different life and people. 4. Why is living in the area that the company is located appealing to you? Because it is the nearest place I can apply, and as I mentioned I have a friend there who can help me find great apartments and I do not want to take my belonging to someplace that is too far. I do not want to waste energy, time, and money on it.

Xiaomi company is the place Where I have been looking forward to working, because its employees are well paid and the company offers many opportunities to employees.Xiaomi is almost the place where most Chinese students want to intern and work.I hope I can work in the management department of the Foreign Ministry of Xiaomi. I think I am capable of taking this job, because I have spent a long time in the United States and my major is sales, so I know more about the psychology and culture of American customers than people in China.
