Assignment 2: Test for the Best Hire
Due Week 5 and worth 125 points.
The key to effective testing is to make sure your test is relevant and actually provides the information you are seeking. It would be foolish to give a potential salesperson the same test you would give a prospective accountant.
- Coach Gibbs
Introduction This week you're learning why it’s essential to put candidates for your team to the test. Be sure to review the course information on using the right assessment tools to evaluate potential employees’ skills, aptitudes, and work styles. It’s important that the tools you choose to use are testing for what you need!
