Operational Project Problem.

As an organization grows, it experiences different operational problems in progress. These issues can be long-term or short-term, requiring different strategies to solve them. Management in an organization can work to solve a functional problem and justify it as solving a short-term problem that impacts things such as throughput. However, the issue becomes a problem when the business starts making fewer profits, and some exceed to experience losses if not solved. One of the common operating problems encountered by many companies is finding the right staff.

As the business grows, it demands more human resource support to cater to increasing customer needs. For example, if it is a hotel business, different departments like production, service, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance will need more staff to meet customers' expectations. The operation problem arises when recruiting specific candidates in each and every department. The HR department is the department responsible for hiring new staff whenever needed, but it's not that easy. The potential candidates must have the necessary skills and observe the organizational policies and ethical practices.

Several factors cause the problem of hiring the rights staff:

1. Identifying suitable candidates from a pool full of unqualified talent makes the organization hire people available rather than the best.

2. We are hiring fast to avoid losing money and delaying operations.

3. Some situation requires immediate hiring, which may cost the organization and create a bad reputation if the new staff mess up for being unfamiliar with how the organization operates.

By the end of this project, I hope to provide essential information to the HR department. This information will contain what to do before, during, and after the hiring process.
