Subject: Addressing ethical concerns of the business

I am writing to let you know that there will be a mandatory HR meeting on 12TH September 2018 at 10:00 am. The meeting will be held in the company’s hall located in wing “A” third floor. The reason behind the meeting is to address the trending ethical concerns of the business. The ethical concerns facing the business will be the main topic of discussion over the meeting.

Some of the ethical issues which have been coming up are that of companies manufacturing devices with materials which are of low quality. It means that materials of low quality are being used to make the devices. Another issue of which will be discussed at the meeting is that of labour management. It has been noted with a lot of concern that some of the suppliers employ underage workers and similarly use bonded labour. It has been an issue of concern which needs s to be addressed immediately since we need to make a decision about whether we should cut ties with the suppliers and employ others. During the meeting, we should also come up with policies which will control labour management practices for the suppliers so that the organization can now act with speed. The ethical dilemma of quality assurance will be included as a topic of discussion.

It is a mandatory meeting and hence everyone should avail themselves without failure. There will no excuse for not attending the meeting unless otherwise. Those who will not attend the meeting for any reasons are required to write a letter addressing the HR manager indicating why they will not avail themselves. Failure to that there stands a risk of facing the disciplinary or losing their jobs. I am looking forward to seeing you all.
