Executive Summary

In this paper I will discuss my barbering business which is called Blair’s Barbershop. My name is John Blair and I am the owner of Blair Barbershop I have been working in the barbering business for six years. The nature of my business, I will offer haircuts, trims, styles, shampoos, conditions, shaving and grooming men's facial hair and sell products and promote how to maintain healthy hair, beard and mustache. I will also offer extensions and braids anything that my customers desire. My business will do this task by me having educated and licensed barbers throughout the corporation which will provide quality and care for men and women hair. My accomplishment that I made is that I branched off and my business is now in multiple states. My success is I am known for great customer service, effective communication skills and an outstanding business man. My business activities are to provide great customer service to my clients, meeting my customers’ needs and always being professional.

The product line that I am using is Gage for men and Design Essentials product for women. Gage product is Gage prepares every man, for anything and everything. Primed. Pumped. Prepared. The cleansing is fresh, conditioning is cool, and the styling is hot. Gage prepares every man, for anything and everything. Meeting the parents, the client, and the unknown (Gage for Men). Design Essentials offers a strong commitment to improving the look and feel of your hair by providing healthy hair styling products that address and satisfy your specific hair needs. We are your partner in, and like a partner our products are designed to work with you to achieve styling success (Design Essentials). My product will give customers all the satisfaction they need to keep their hair healthy. There is a need for these two products because I support healthy hair and using my products will produce everything that the customer wants.

In conclusion Blair Barbershop will continue to expand across the world. My goals for my company and product is that we are very diverse, my company product line will achieve 25 percent sales revenue in the next three years. Blair’s Barbershop will open variety of shops all over the world and product sales will increase from $5 million in 2016 to $10 million 2018.
