Effective Approaches to Increase Ticket Sales
E-Commerce is an effective way to ensure a strategic link between consumers and a business entity. Therefore, the organization needs to train the employees on effective methods to promote the relationship with customers hence increasing the customer base.
First, it is pivotal to ensure optimal user experience on the website where they access the ticket services. For instance, consumers should find it easy to maneuver on the website as they book their tickets. Additionally, generating a role of an Online Customer Care will help in pulling the customers closer to the business through the record of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). According to Martin, Mortimer, & Andrews (2015), online customer experience helps in increasing efficiency in the running of the operations. Therefore, creating the role of online customer care will aid in enhancing efficiency.
Secondly, formulating a team to carry out regular evaluations of the services from the employees will help in defining the quality of the services. The methods involve regular evaluations by collecting data from consumers about the quality of services. The employees should also ensure acceptance of diversity whereby the Human Resource department assumes the role of accounting for the quality of services employees offer to consumers. The HR department will also assume the role of evaluating the employees.
Sending a post-contact survey after every travel can aid in formulating a means to get feedback from the consumers. In this case, the Quality Control department assumes the role of following up with the quality of services consumers receive. Therefore, the organization will be in a position to engage the staff in enhancing quality services and create roles and responsibilities which will further promote quality.
