Why do customers come to this organization and what factors keep them loyal or returning to do business with this organization?

From some interviews and feedback from customers who have flown jazz airlines, I learned that they choose jazz airlines because of the cheap prices, clean and comfortable cabins for fast short flights, excellent flight service and good customer experience.

Customers can often find better deals on airline tickets with Jazz, with some guests commenting that

“It provides great service and good deals on flights. You're able to find great deals to Europe with them often”

Many of our customers also consider jazz airlines to be the best choice for short-term travel between Canada and the United States.

They say that “This is probably the best airline to use for travel within Canada. It's pretty basic compared to some international flights, but it's pretty affordable and the customer service is good.” and “Used internally in Canada to travel. Great airline and speedy service between cities!” “Boarding was prompt, and staff were very friendly, always had a smile on their face!”

Very comfortable seating, pretty decent food and the cabin staff was very kind and funny to impress the customers.

Although I have not flown on jazz airlines, I have done a lot of internet research.

Scott is a San Diego based traveler.

He had flown on an Air Canada Express (Jazz) CRJ-900 between Vancouver and San Diego.

He posted his flight experience on his blog. This time he flew business class on jazz airlines and said it was very enjoyable and impressive.

Flight time: 2 hours and 34 minutes

He was surprised to find video screens at every seat on the CRJ aircraft. noise-cancelling headphones will be provided to each guest. and the quality of the food was excellent, as was the in-cabin service. He enjoyed a great meal on this flight and received the menu. He commented that it was a pleasant flight experience.

Very comfortable sits, the food was pretty decent. The cabin crew were very kind and funny!

But staff were very friendly, always had a smile on their face!

Boarding was prompt, and staff were friendly.

While not the main liner for the company it still provides great service and good deals on flights. You're able to find great deals to Europe with them often

This is Air Canada’s domestic carrier. No frills for these quick flights. Fabulous staff!

I love jazz airlines because they fly directly from Vancouver to Penticton and the flight crews are always sweet and kind and generous!

This was by far one of the best airport I actually went to they are so comfortable they are so easy to talk to the staff are great that they have such a wide variety of food to choose from and it’s just amazing I definitely recommend it if you actually went to the first class it’s a lot more amazing than the normal class but it really depends if the food is correct for you or not

This was my first flight with Jazz and all in all, I was quite pleased. The flight to Montreal was short and agreeable. The crew spoked both French and English, which makes a plus for the flight. To my surprise, the economy seats were equipped with personal IFE with the whole Air Canada inflight program. Food consisted of a cookie and a drink, which is more than enough for a one hour flight. The only downside of the flight was the delay created by bad luck. The aircraft was already late already and during taxi, when we were about to align on the runway, the tower decided to change of runway, making us 1 hour late. On our arrival at Trudeau, the crew make sure that the passengers going on another flight about to depart left the aircraft first.

This airliner is affordable with no frills. (that I recall) The planes that I have flown on with Jazz are small.

Usually small planes but always a pleasant experience. Would definitely choose to fly jazz again.
