Minor Project

Put yourself in the role of a senior consultant working on a project for the  Society of Human Resource Management  (SHRM). Write a 2,000 word white paper on the importance of completing an education program leading to certification in global strategic HRM concepts. The white paper should clearly serve as a means of presenting SHRM as the best place for education because of the stellar content and written communication in the paper - but should not be a clear endorsement of SHRM.

This should be a professional-looking document. Please use a business report template from MSWord or search the Internet for a suitable business report template.

Please write to your audience and not to the course or instructor. Your reader will not know what the course code/number or instructor's name means.

In addition, minor project 1 is allocated at 12 hours. If you type at 30 words a minute this should take you just less than 1.25 hours to type. If you type 15 words a minute this should take you 2.5 hours to type. This leaves you 9.5 hours to formulate your presentation of the facts/findings/interpretations in the white paper.
