What is the purpose of a Staff Study?

When should a Staff Study be conducted?

What is the role of the Sergeant Major in the process of a Staff Study?

Assignment Instructions: Write a substantive journal entry describing:

1. The purpose and applicability of a staff study and

2. Why it is important as a Sergeant Major to understand when and why a staff study should be conducted.
