The business is a family-style restaurant in Florida called “Family food”. There will be different type of meals, such as pasta, burgers, pizza and desserts. Meals will be served on the premises of the restaurant, and customer service is of good quality.

The restaurant services will include food delivery, take-out services. The restaurant will have 50 full-time employees and 30 contracted workers to ensure demand is dealt with during peak seasons and specially during the holidays.

The menu will be based on the day and events. There will be different offers for the customers depending on the day, for example, on Mondays, the costumer who buys one meal will be able to get a free dessert, on Tuesdays the customers will receive a free burger after purchasing two burgers, on Wednesdays and Thurdays we will offer free drinks when the costumers spend more than $25 in food, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays kids will eat for free.

The restaurant plans to be opening for 6 hours a day and it has twenty tables capable of sitting six people each. Ideally, all of these tables will be filled during a given lunch and dinner hours, it estimates 120 sit-down on an average day. The restaurant also plans to offer to-go lunches and dinner, so she can serve more customers. This will be about double the sit down capacity, so 240 per day. We estimate 30 workdays per month and multiplies to generate the estimated unit numbers for a baseline sample month. So that means the base case is about 3600 lunches and dinner in a given month. At $15 per meal that’s $54,000 in meals in a month, but the restaurant won't necessarily achieve maximum potential every month.
