1. Using the BIA Template included in the assignment, complete your BIA. In the first column, list four (4) threats for each of the three categories to your IT infrastructure design you created in Module 1 under each of the three major threat classifications. In the Detailed Description of Impact to Organization column, provide a detailed description of each threat’s potential impact on the organization’s business activities. In the Detailed Description of Current Controls in Place to Mitigate Threat column, create a description of the type of control that is currently in place or “should” be in place – you will need to be creative and create what you think would be a “high”, “medium” or “very weak” control. To determine the Risk Rating , consider the description of the threat’s impact in the Detailed Description of Impact to Organization and the current mitigating controls you created in the Detailed Description of Current Controls in Place to Mitigate Threat to rate the threat as “high, medium, or low”. 

2. After you complete the BIA, create a brief paragraph at the end of the BIA outlining the results of “high” risks and suggestions to mitigate the risks. In the business world, a summary document would be created and presented to senior IT management – they tend to focus on the “high” risks.
