The IT report writing is noted to be having various uniqueness which is very different from other general kind of reports. The report normally takes the format having the following areas that includes the title, summary, table of contents introduction body of the reports which ash the main idea for writing the report. The other includes, conclusion referencing and listing and lastly appendices.

Title is the first section, which one should make sure that it very clear and that it should indicate what the reports about specifically it should contain the subject names and the codes, due date, course name and the number, date of submission. The title of reports should clearly indicate what the report is all about thus helping a reader in having genera idea of what it is all about. The next step is the summary which should be very brief and that it be specific thus able to have a much clear overview of what the report is all about. The summary report helps in continuing working with the report which is being formulated. The table of contents is another thing which should be on its page and that it must base on the number of pages. These pages give one a much easier direction of the certain topic which might be of interest thus having easier research or reading being conducted. (Dombrowski, 2020).

In addition to that, the introduction follows where it should give a general idea of what the report is about and the reason why it has been created. Thus, the report introduction should be at least one page which is dependent on the length of the report, be clear and specific. The follows the body which is the main section for any report in which all the report about the report written. One should maintain some consistent flow on the report creation, which is dependent on the initial outline which is on the table of contents. This part is highly encouraging to be written in the subsection and sections parts which should be made in bold or bullet points thus making an easy follow and better understanding by the person who is reading the report such as an assessor if the academic report is being written. The other step is the conclusion which should be much briefer of what has been covered in the report, and that it should be a paragraph that is very clear without grammatical errors. Then recommendations follow which is very important for the academic reports where one should give smart ideas on what can be done to make the project more of success, where this is where innovations are noted to be. The last step is the appendices which give the various references which one has used in getting the information about the report he/she has written (Hertig & Bittner, 2016).

Explaining HIPPA privacy and security rules and the listings

The HIPPA is considered to be the various standards, rule, and regulation which are used in governing and the protection of the medical and nay other health-related information in the health sector. The security rules are noted to protect the various information subsets which have been covered by the privacy rules, thus having the identifiable and the various information entities are secured. HIPPA normally basis on three basic rules which involve keeping the patient’s data safe through three basics areas of observation which include the technical, administrative, and the physical. The privacy rule should be noted that it addresses the PHI uses and the its disclosure thus a person right in controlling his/her personal information (John J. Trinckes, 2012).
