Using the “Phases of OD Programs,” on pg. 121, describe the organization, using a SCAN process

Create a tentative/proposed plan, with timelines for the first four, of the seven, phases (entry, contracting, diagnosis, and feedback).

This schedule must be realistic in the timelines of the course requirements, to allow for completing a lengthy written case analysis when due. Use a MEMO/technical report format.

-Assignment 5: In reviewing the seven strategic management factors, please identify the potential relevant importance of each one of the factors to analyzing organizations and their relative impact on restricting change.

As applied to a case scenario, submit a 2-page document using a 1-7 bulleted format to identify and discuss the potential importance of each factor, when attempting to assess an organization, diagnose a problem, and create a change solution. (15 pts.)

Based upon your analysis, choose an area/issue to focus your change planning on. Please consider the seven Strategic Management perspectives/factors for your change area. (30 pts.)
