Therefore, important emails that contain variable information of business records and transactions must be maintained to high stands. The emails should immune from purge procedures and general archival to ensure legal ramifications. That is why emails are a critical component of the implementation of Information Governance (Brown & Toze, 2017). Emailing has become the backbone for extending the superiority of business in the outside association. The strategies used for developing an email procedure help to impart the investors' considerations with the objectives that an organization can improve. The application of instant messaging in the process can get a text from an association vital for the advancement of organizations in the market.
