Final Assignment – Summary of the ITEC101 Course Modules (50 pts)

Throughout this course, we examined the impact of computers on global society and specific skills and strategies for using technology to manage and communicate information to accomplish specific purposes. Course information was presented in the following modules:

Module 1 - Overview of IT/ Industries & Careers Module 2 – Change, Disruption, and Convergence Module 3 – The Computing Arena Module 4 – Enterprise IT Management Module 5 – IT and Its Components Module 6 – Ethics in IT

Purpose of the Assignment

This final exam is your written summary of the course information in each of the above modules.

First, what was the purpose of the module. You will need to elaborate on the overview that is provided within Blackboard.

Second, what were the key learning outcomes of the module.

Finally, you choose one of the topics from the Module, and provide description of that topic.

Grading

Do not submit your rough notes or outline, only submit your final written summaries of the six modules in ITEC 101.

Each module summary should be a minimum of 150 words . Make sure to use sections in your written exam, for example:

Module 2:

Purpose: in your own words provide an overview of the module

Key Learning Outcomes: identify the key learning outcomes

IoT and Its Impact on Global Supply Chain Management (sample topic for the module)

You have until April 30th, to complete this exam. Please POST your exam as one MS Word document posted as an attachment to BLACKBOARD / ASSIGNMENTS / EXAMS / FINAL. Be sure to include your name, course, date, and assignment title on your submission.
