In Privacy, there is the concept of the “ladder of privacy. Explain in your own what it means. What would be your ladder of privacy and what information are you willing to share at each step/level?

Note: State at least 4 steps/levels.

Ladder of privacy: a list with the person you share the most information with at the top. Intimacy. About sharing info and the people actually caring for one another.

My own ladder of privacy:

1. Spouse : he must know everything about my life such as my favorites , my life style, my work, salary, friends and health condition

2. brothers and sisters: I willing to share with them some information about my job, my dreams, friends, places I would like to go

3. parents: they will know all information about my life, my personality, financial condition,

4. children: they will know Living Circumstance, condition of the home, the rules that we must have to follow

5. friends: my job, how many children I have

6. coworkers: salary, tasks I have to make, my Circumstance

7. neighbors

Illustrate social and ethical issues in computing as a computer professional

Recently, there are wide range of application of artificial intelligence in understanding shopper’s data.

For examples, data collected about shoppers can be used to direct specific advertising at shops and even in drive-through cafes and restaurants.

Do you think that these shops, restaurants, and cafes are doing something wrong when they collect your data? Why or why not?

Actually it has two phases:

It will give me better shopping experience as some shops make tailored offers according to thigs I buy or ordered and some shops send me offers directly to me so I can get updated with the latest offers

On the other hand, this offers messages may be annoying sometimes. The companies might send my personal contact data to other third party companies without permission and these companies might use my data in harming me and I don’t prefer to send my personal data to other companies
