Wraps of Elegance is a small own business own by my mother. This business specializes in self-made elegant head wraps that she created just by sitting home one day and sewed a head piece just by her hands God give her. These headwraps are also made with diamond brooches of all kinds that gives it that unique and special look. All her pieces are one of a kind. Some of the elegant head wraps also have a matching corsage to wear with it. As of right now my mother does not have an online store, she is running things out of her home. Remarkably, I came to realize after seeing the growth in her at home business we needed to create and online business. I explained to her there is a demand for your elegant headwraps, and we needed to expand. Women of all ethnicities were ordering elegant headwraps. It was choirs, First Ladies of churches, church members, women at work environments, women with dreads, and the list goes on and on. The biggest problem is that she does not have any online accessibility to her head wraps. I explain to my mom that she needs to create her own website that can focus on promoting an online presence, can ultimately promote growth with an online presence and become more customer oriented. Ultimately the business wants the customers by being able to focus more on promoting an online presence.

The two technologies that can help solve this problem or meet the requirements will be Wireless, mobile computing, and mobile commerce and cloud computing. Mobile commerce, also known as m-commerce or m-commerce, is the use of wireless handheld devices like cellphones and tablets to conduct commercial transactions online, including the purchase and sale of products, online banking, and paying bills. The use of m-commerce activity is on the rise. Also, customers would not have to call to make appointment to visit her home especially due to COVID. Cloud computing one benefit is that it can avoid upfront cost and complexity of owning and maintaining their own IT infrastructure. And instead, simply pay for what is use when they use it. Cloud computing services can benefit from significant economies of scale by delivering the same services to a wide range of customers.
