Part 1

1. Automatic invoicing before due date and sms notification on payments due. Sms&email.

1. SBP module to include dates created and can be filter based on dates created and exported as a report.

1. SBP permit should not be printed more than once, include a fee of 1000 for reprinting of SBP keep it in active and have a provision to accept the fine which is 1k for it to be active again

Part 2

1. Special Billing Reports.Enable transaction code Batch No present

2. SBP Reports.Include additional charges on SBP Reports

3. Invoicing on all Modules.Enable deactivation and  editing of invoice details after invoicing. Invoice value doesn’t change in the live env for the downloaded invoice

4. Business Registration.Enable editing of business details, currently a few are editable. ## Postal and location details

5. Business Registration .After 31st of March every year penalty of 3% Should apply to unpaid businesses.

6. Special Billing Module.Royalty of contractors (2% of contract sum) should apply to all contractors, there should be manual input of the contract sum for the system to calculate 2 %. This should happen in the special billing module urgently.

7. Business Registration .All the tabs in Newly created business should also apply  to Active business i.e dates etc

8. Special Billing Reports.Reports on special billing should Read special billing not SBP

9. Special Billing Module.Special billing to also include ward

10. SBP Reports.Physical Location Label Should be included in SBP Reports

11. Search Bar across all reports.Anything searched on search bar on pos transactions eg car number plates etc should be able to download ,at the moment it downloads a blank report.
