My personal preference would be out of the three views which were considered for an excellent simulation to happen, I would consider the user Community view. Which can be defined as using the observations of similar communities around and not just building a strategy from scratch without doing some necessary preparation to understand what kinds of people are. Currently planning to stay in that community. We should consider the type of jobs the people of the county have and based on the demographics considering different options regarding how many kids are among the 750,000 residents and how many kid-friendly zones are to be deployed to keep the Community safe. So, the results obtained from such view just by comparing or observing the neighboring community standards would give us quite good knowledge on how what, when and where the zoning options can be made available.
There are different factors to be considered for a zoning policy to be in place, firstly the income status of the residents should be well clear in hand, and the number of government buildings built followed by schools required and the residency zones based on the type of people present within the community and considering such a view can be quite challenging as well as the community which we consider to be an observation for creating a new community It can get quite tricky, as it arises the question about are people tolerant of other races which can be determined by only by the racial bias within the community and thereby that becomes a hypothetical question and would result in not obtaining the actual answers.
In my opinion, I believe though it might be less considerate in considering such view for building simulation on zoning policy for such a Huge population for a community. Its success in being well organized depends totally upon the type of the people residing within the community and I also agree that as the data obtained doesn’t find to be reliable at all but this type of simulation can be influential to us to do better and based on this we can make new changes in our approach to building a better zoning policy decisions.
