Purpose of Assignment

This assignment allows you to showcase your understanding of six sigma and lean concepts. You view a virtual tour of the Kentucky Toyota Plant. They also explore the website which covers the Toyota Production System (TPS). You compare the principles of Six Sigma with Lean as it relates to TPS. The video and website allow you to recognize lean and six sigma use in TPS to cement these concepts.
