IS 372 Project Part 1

Identify and research an IT project (Ex. Deutsche Bahn CIO on track to decentralize IT from WSJ) and outline and document the following:

· Scope Management

· Requirements

· WBS

· How are they managing/controlling scope?

· Any other information you can collect

· Schedule Management

· Are there any Gantt charts?

· Project plans

· Any type of schedule

· Cost Management

· Why are types of costs included?

· How are they controlling costs?

· Is there a budget and cost schedule?

· Are there any ROI calculations?

· Quality Management

· Is there a quality management plan?

· How are defining quality?

· Resource Management

· What type of resources are in the plan? (Internal, external).

· Is there a team charter?

The document should be between 1-2 pages long. I am more concerned with the content than the length of the document.
