Using the Library and Internet, research how big data analytics is used in the health care industry to meet data privacy requirements established by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Create a policy proposal (with reference page) for a health care organization that explains the consequences of data breaches (be sure to include personal and organizational consequences) and covers the importance of using analytics with security in mind, the importance of data privacy (to the patient, staff, and organization), and the steps that the staff will use to comply with data privacy rules and HIPAA.
