Accused theft of the test equipment aside, it is clear based on the actions of the technician in question that he does not adhere to our company’s values. Given every opportunity to be an effective contributor, Michael spent more time wandering the hallways and taking advantage of the floor supervisor’s trust. With both the available time and required keys to pull off this caper, Michael merely painted himself as the most likely suspect and should be treated as such.

Both of the other employees acted within their respective roles and did a good job of representing the company mission by continuing to best serve the duties assigned. Rachelle has an extensive track record of superb leadership and has a bright future in upper management.
