Using Quantitative Analysis in my field "Human Resources", Especially in "Recruitment" will help me forecast and identify the number of employees needed in the company in the upcoming years. So what needed is to collect the previous employees quantity, the hiring number per year, and the leavers number, and by using one of the forecast methods will show me how many employees will join or leave the company in the upcoming years. To start forecasting for the recruitment we should first know the company's goals in how many employees we should keep, hire, terminate or retire. Then we will identify the impact of the forecast on the company so we know if we are on the right track. After the forecasting, it will be clear to us the information that the company need to achieve its goals and status of the hiring, terminating employees or even retirement plan. Also, we will know by the forecasting, the budget and the plan for the recruitment. for example, if we forecasted for the next year that we need to hire 20 employee in different areas, terminate 10 employees, we will know the estimation of how much the budget that will be needed in the next year and the following years. At last, the importance of Quantitative Business analysis in recruitment - HR, will estimate and identify a lot of information such as budget, number of hires, number of leavers, also the number of those who are satisfied and stays in the company. That will help the company and the HR achieve the goals, stays within the budget.
