Dear Mrs. Smith:
You asked us to design a library to satisfy the need of your house library located in Southfield, Michigan. You informed us that your house consists of yourself (a 46-year-old writer), a 49-year-old, assistant professor (Husband), and a 16-years-old, female, twin daughters. We know that your family are interested in several types of writing such as narrative, persuasive, expository and descriptive. You have the space to design your own library as well as the skills to provide pieces of writing.
Attached is a proposal to design a library for your house. The proposal includes a background information for your situation, a discussion for your problem, a solution and a plan of action which includes the schedule, the solution and the estimated cost.

INTRODUCTION
Background
Mrs. Jane Smith is a 46-years-old writer who brought a 1700 square foot house in Southfield, Michigan, and moved there in 2013. Mrs. Smith used to live in a rented apartment with her husband and two daughters: Nicole and Lydia, 16 years old twins. Few years later, they wanted to have their own library because of their interest in reading and writing, so they can keep everything organized.
Problem
Once Smith family started to get larger and became more fascinated in literature, and dedicate the time for it, they continued to write new pieces and to get more books. Therefore, it was necessary to have a place where they can keep these documents and work in the best atmosphere.
Solution
As a result, Mrs. Smith and her family need to hire an architecture and design firm like Eleganza Architects, in order to design a library that fulfills their need. Eleganza Architects will provide the Smith family with a library design as they expected.
Benefits

· To encourage the kids to use these books and improve their writing skills
