· Make sure your paper has a title and your name on it.
Be sure to number the pages of the paper.
· References. Title this - References Cited.
You should list all references cited in the paper.

Internal citations should use the following form: (Smith, 2010, p. 25).

The paper should be typed, double space, with one inch margins.
Use a computer, keep backup hard copies and digital files.

Organize materials, make connections. Clarify expression.
· Overcome a writing block by starting anywhere but the 'beginning'.
Draft an easy section at the outset. Build upon your bibliography and abstract.
