· The issue of death penalty will be argued impartially, that is, despite the fact that I am opposing the legislation, I will present both sides of the argument.

· Discuss the execution that was set for Rodney Reed despite Evidence of Innocence. Provide the background of the case and currently what is taking place at this time within the case. This particular case is one reason to second guess the death penalty, when there is many pleading and attempting to fight for their innocence.
