1- What are the main daily tasks you are keen to use in your practical (sports) field?

2- What do you like/dislike about managing the sporting events that you see nowadays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?

-Lack of remaining professional cadres for professional work.

5- What is your visualization of leadership skills (leadership management) as used in sporting events?

-I think it is obligatory in this field, and it differs according to the athletes' leadership analysis according to their professional or sports backgrounds.

-we could also see many sports leaders have proven their presence in the sporting event at all levels, looking at the leadership skills which is proved by past experiences and also with the surrounding environment of sport and their attempt to collect and implement those ideas.

6-What is your point of view and perception of control & costing skills as used in sporting events according to your experience in this field:

Usually, those skills are as I mentioned previously, according to both professional and sports backgrounds, because by entering the sports field, the leader seeking success must evaluate all degrees of successful work and recruit the best managers in their fields, whether sports, financial or leadership, and combine all knowledge, caution, and necessity. And advice, especially from financial managers, concerning financial matters, so that cost control is not disturbed, which may be exacerbated to become a source of threat to the stability of the sports project.

7- What is your point of view and pictures of scheduling skill (scheduling skills) as used in sporting events and competitions according to your experience in this field:

One of the most critical factors for any sports project's success is the setting of a schedule that helps in arranging all the sporting priorities, occasion, and events with all their names. We believe that it is not possible to organize work without an implementation plan (time).

8- In general, what is your opinion on the events that took place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
