1. How long has the organization been in operation?

Since 2007

2. What is your culture?

Cheng: Taiwanese.

Lin: Taiwanese bubble tea & fast food culture.

3. What are 5-10 qualities that you think are must-haves for new hires in terms of culture fit?

No limitations, we will chain the new employees.

4. How does your typical day look like?

11 am – 4 pm is usually busier.

I work for 18 hours a week and 6 hours a day here. Every work day is basically the same. Collect money from customers, and then prepare for their drinks or food.

5. What process do you think can be fixed or improved?

Customer service, sales, interior design.

I think the menu and the whole design of the shop is a little bit old fashioned.

6. What inspires you to succeed every day?

Get in touch with new generation, so I can get more new ideas and perspectives; customers’ satisfaction.

It depends, Monday 5, Friday 10, Overall 7.

8, because I like bubble tea, and I’m earning money.
