= putting plans and strategies

· Determine the specialisation between the work group to not merge the tasks

· Divide the work .

· Prepare the locations and provide needs

2- What do you like/dislike in managing the spots’ events which you see in present time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?

= - lack of consideration of the age and mental variances between audiences

· Bad logistic services and lake of experience and cadre knowledge

· The favouritism in choosing working cadres in field

· The absence of using technology and techniques in managing the event

· Not preparing the place in a suitable way

3- What are the needed standards to consider the sports event success or failure?

= Achieving the announced goals before beginning the sports event is the real standard .

4- what is your opinion in “ risk management skills “ which used in national sports’ events ?

= In reality there’s regulations, systems and legislation, but in reality there is no activation of this system or development, as for example if a crowd happened there is no plan to determine the audience direction to avoid falling down during existing when risks happen , or mechanism to manage this crowd.

5- What’s your opinion and your impression for “the leadership management “ as used in the sports events?

= Direct the worker to the goal is the definition of leadership and I think it isn’t bad , but it’s less than hoped , maybe we need to prepare a team that understands this definition better in the future.

6- what’s your opinion and your impression on “the control and costing skills” that used in sports events according to your experience in this field?

= I think it exceeds 75% proportion if we compare the cost with the reality of sports event , but it needs more control because there is an event which you can set up with the lowest costs , as there is no experienced marketing sector to spend the money in an estimated way no realism one .

7- What is your opinion and your impression on “the scheduling skills “ that used in sports events and championships according to your experience in this field ?

= It needs to be re-ordered and coordinated with each other, but generally it’s acceptable compared with the past , there is impetus and large number but undirected and lack of professionalism .

8- Generally, what’s your opinion in the management of the events occurred in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?

= Indiscriminate and it’s goals isn’t determined .

9- What are the causes and main incentives that made you prefer sport’s field than any other field ?

= - Enjoyment and the smooth of harmony between work components in the sports field

· The higher financial benefit

· The simple of showing work and gain experience and provide knowledge sources .

10- What are the skills that make you a successful official in sports field and championships?

= - knowledge of regulations and system professionally

· The justice in application

· The ability to speak many languages, specially English

· High culture

· The smart looking in dressing and utilities used in presenting any sports thing.

11- Do you think that the success of sports events depends on “the project’s management skills “?

= there is no doubt that the project is a real environment to create leadership and acquire in a stable system of work rules and procedures full of challenges .

= - ability to analyse and make studies ( researches ) limited to (in) some events

· The courage of handling with personalities

· The ability to lead work groups and direct them toward the goals

· Increase the desire of searching for knowledge sources

· To be responsible for the work pressure and ability control behaviour , specially in emotional situations .

= - the high professional preparation and understanding the sports work components

· Make a good usage of the technique related to the event

14- What is your recommendations to the managers and officials on sports events we see nowadays in the general scene ?

= - advanced planning for any event professionally and with hard working

· Have the help of a specialised work group in the marketing and arranging fields

· Make a database for every sports event for the intention of making researches and develop work in the future

· Prepare a specialised work groups and make it qualified according to sports authority to participate in managing the events and professionally conduct it

· Carefully use the cadres according to specific standards that marked the best.
