1- What are the main daily tasks you keen to supervise on in your work field ?

= follow up the club’s managerial , financial and sporty affairs , beside receiving correspondence from the Executive management about workflow and latest works .

2- What do you like/dislike in managing the spots’ events which you see in present time in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?

= what I like in managing sports’ events , which recently made , is the development of it’s effectiveness to be international (like international events) , but what I don’t like is the broadcast rights and the financial share goes to clubs , which isn’t enough in my opinion.

3- What are the needed standards to consider the sports event success or failure?

= good planning, challenging barriers, professional activities management, achieving the goals of the event in it’s specific time , and make the occurrence of risks lower than or equal the expected risks ,

And what leads to the failure of any sport’s event is not to put all possible scenarios as an advanced plans of the arrangements depending on flexibility and availability of alternative plans, in case of any changes occurred during the sport’s event .

4- what is your opinion in “ risk management skills “ which used in national sports’ events ?

= the definition of risks in sports field generally needs to be expanded, and extensively shed light on it , and put in consideration all possible risks that can happen in the sports events, and not to be confined to the institution that hosted the event , or to the recognised risks.

5- What’s your opinion and your impression for “the leadership management “ as used in the sports events?

I want to mention a pivotal and very important point in managing the sports events is the good choice of a suitable executive manager who should have a high level sense of leading, not every manager is a leader but every leader is surely a manager, what make me say that is that the arrangement of the events and task’s division needs a suitable leader to make a high quality supervision to correctly follow the progress , and to supervise all the small details of the event from his position, and interfere when it’s a must to solve some parts which need his interference, so I think the management of sports event needs a leader with all requirements needed to go beyond barriers to create an attractive environment for one of the biggest sectors in the world , sports sector.

6- what’s your opinion and your impression on “the control and costing skills” that used in sports events according to your experience in this field?

= I think it’s important to audit and follow some of the important basis to reduce the cost of making a sports event in the Kingdom and that will happen by planning, measuring, comparing and editing.

7- What is your opinion and your impression on “the scheduling skills “ that used in sports events and championships according to your experience in this field ?

= I think the main scheduling skills should be considered when making sports events in the Kingdom , and I think the time element and the arrangement of priorities are important to follow by the organisers of the sports events - it’s impossible to set up a sport’s event in Ramadan for example – so an evaluation time schedule should be made but we may need to make another time Schedule for emergencies.

8- Generally, what’s your opinion in the management of the events occurred in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?

= lately, it’s more advanced than before , as it made an arranged procedures in many sides and our wise leadership intended to make an international event and this , in the future, will make us gain more skills in sport’s event management, as we are in a maturity level in managing sport’s events, which consider as a result of setting up this events , in addition to the big effort made by the Ministry of Sport and the club’s strategy support group , who force clubs to follow the international standards in management arts .

9- What are the causes and main incentives that made you prefer sport’s field than any other field ?

= the excitement always excites , and I love sports since I was a kid .

10- What are the skills that make you a successful official in sports field and championships?

= creativity, flexibility, charisma, love of learning, experience and having a leadership arts .

11- Do you think that the success of sports events depends on “the project’s management skills “?

= yes, because of good comprehensive management of projects , as the nucleus of any project is the applied idea in the real life to be exist , then sports events management needs to start , good planning, controlling, supervising , executive and closing , besides the labour division skill on a qualified and creative work group.

12- What are the main skills you gained all over your years of experience in sports events management?

= controlling, supervision, acceptance of criticism , trying to solve problems and work on not repeating it again , putting all possible scenarios as an advanced plans for the event , depends on flexibility and provide alternative plans in case of any changes of circumstances during the sports event .

14- What is your recommendations to the managers and officials on sports events we see nowadays in the general scene ?

= I recommend to follow all the news in sports events , stay away from traditions and make good choice of the associated work group .
