- Sports events are beautiful with their daily change of good and unpleasant news.
- I liked the qualitative change that sport is witnessing in the Kingdom after the implementation of the governance system and the strategy to support clubs, as well as the gradual implementation of regulations and systems.
- Sports activities were added and supported by the Ministry of Sports, so the club became inclusive of several sports that were not previously held in the club.
- I do not like some of the work of the Saudi Football Association committees due to discrepancies in decisions and their delays.
3- What are the criteria for considering a sporting event a success or failure?
- Criteria for success and failure through achieving the goals of the organization, and in the event that this is achieved it is considered a success for the system and vice versa in the absence of those goals.
- Increase the income of the club and increase the number of followers of the sports event through sports channels and social communication.
4- What do you think of risk management skills as used in local sporting events?
- To some extent, good, and international and local standards are taken into consideration in conjunction with the civil defense and the responsible authorities, and the Ministry of Sports seeks to raise the level of skills of those in charge of risk management, including financial and administrative risks, protection of facilities and sustainability in the work of the organization as required.
5- What is your viewpoint and perception of leadership skills as used in sporting events?
Leadership is required and the skill of leading sporting events is gained from practice in addition to being a person with leadership characteristics created with him from childhood.
Leadership characteristics vary from person to person, and the majority are chosen from athletic competencies or successful businessmen.
6- What is your point of view and perception of control & costing skills as used in sporting events according to your experience in this field:
From my point of view, the choice of the leader of the system's work group for the competencies capable of running the affairs of sporting events is to control the cost of the system’s conditions and gain more skills in the event that everyone cooperates with the success of teamwork.
7- What is your view and perception of scheduling skills as used in sporting events and competitions according to your experience in this field:
- The scheduling of the league is flawed by the overlap between competitions, and there is a variation in giving space to clubs from one club to another.
As for debt scheduling, it is a double-edged sword, the beneficial and the harmful ones, and the majority do not pay their debts until after a great effort.
8- In general, what is your opinion of managing the events that took place in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
- The management of events set up on the land of the Kingdom is usually at a high level of sophistication, as our rational government is keen to appear in its best form, keeping pace with development in developed countries.
