I have the same beliefs as my family How do you think others outside your community view your culture? Poor, the hood, low income family Have you experienced prejudice or discrimination? Please describe. Somebody called me the “n” word, I told them to watch their mouth. Racial profiling growing up by thinking I was stealing out of stores. What I learned? In this interview I learned how people who come form a low income household are easily discriminated against. They are accused of stealing a lot and also don’t feel welcome when walking into stores or restaurants. The are judged from there color to the of money they may or may not have.
